This 8-day Georgia tour combines Tbilisi, Mtskheta, Kazbegi, Borjomi, Vardzia, Kutaisi and Batumi in one private multi-day itinerary. The program includes private airport transfers, transportation, a certified guide, selected entrance fees, a 4WD ride to Gergeti Trinity Church and boat trips at Prometheus Cave and Martvili Canyon when weather conditions allow.
Your journey begins in Tbilisi with a guided walking tour through the historic center. The route covers Old Tbilisi, churches, squares, viewpoints and landmarks such as the Bridge of Peace, Narikala Fortress and Mother of Georgia.
On Day 2, the 8-day Georgia tour continues to Jvari Monastery and Mtskheta, where you will visit Svetitskhoveli Cathedral. From there, the route heads into the Greater Caucasus through Gudauri to Stepantsminda, also known as Kazbegi. A 4WD vehicle takes you to Gergeti Trinity Church before you return to Gudauri for the night.
The next day takes you to Ananuri Fortress and Zhinvali Water Reservoir before continuing south to Borjomi. You will visit Borjomi Central Park and spend the night in Borjomi.
Day 4 combines two major historical sites in southern Georgia: the rock-cut complex of Vardzia and Rabati Castle. The day ends in Kutaisi, where you stay overnight.
From Kutaisi, you travel to Prometheus Cave and Martvili Canyon before continuing to Batumi. Entrance fees are included, while boat trips at both natural attractions operate only when weather conditions permit.
The following day is dedicated to Batumi. A walking tour introduces the city’s central landmarks before you continue to Gonio Beach. On Day 7, you visit Batumi Botanical Garden and then return to Tbilisi.
Your 8-day Georgia tour concludes on Day 8 with a private transfer from your hotel to Tbilisi International Airport.

Your 8-day Georgia tour begins with a private transfer from Tbilisi International Airport to your hotel. After check-in and time to rest, you will be picked up for a guided walking tour of Tbilisi.
The tour starts in the historic part of the city and introduces you to the story of Tbilisi’s foundation. The route includes the Metekhi area, Europe Square, Rike Park, the Bridge of Peace and the Clock Tower.
You will also visit or see important religious and cultural landmarks such as Anchiskhati Basilica, Sioni Cathedral, the Patriarchate of Georgia and Juma Mosque. The walk continues through Old Tbilisi toward Mother of Georgia and Narikala Fortress.
Other stops include the Tamada Statue, the Berlin Wall Memorial, the Bridge of Love and the Leghvtakhevi area. After the tour, you will be dropped off at your hotel.

Day 2 of the 8-day Georgia tour begins with Jvari Monastery before continuing to Mtskheta, the historic capital of Georgia. Here, you will visit Svetitskhoveli Cathedral.
After Mtskheta, you will travel north toward the Greater Caucasus. There will be a lunch stop during the day before you continue to the Gudauri viewpoint.
The route then reaches Stepantsminda, also known as Kazbegi. From the town, a 4WD vehicle takes you to Gergeti Trinity Church, set high above the valley among the surrounding mountains.
After visiting Gergeti, you will return to Gudauri and spend the night there.

After the sightseeing stops, there will be time for lunch. Meals are not included in the tour price.

From Borjomi, you will travel to Vardzia Cave Town, a large rock-hewn complex dating from the 12th century. You will have time to explore its caves, chambers and chapels.
The next stop is Rabati Castle, another major historical attraction in southern Georgia.
After visiting Vardzia and Rabati, the route continues west to Kutaisi, where you will spend the night.

Day 5 of the 8-day Georgia tour is dedicated to two natural attractions in western Georgia: Prometheus Cave and Martvili Canyon.
At Prometheus Cave, the entrance fee is included. A boat trip is also included when weather conditions allow it to operate.
You will then visit Martvili Canyon. The entrance fee and boat trip are included, but the boat may not operate during rainy weather or after recent rainfall.
After completing the day’s sightseeing, you will continue to Batumi.

The day begins with a walking tour of Batumi. The route includes the Colonnades, Dancing Fountains, Fountain of Neptune, Batumi Drama Theatre and Astronomical Clock.
You will also see Europe Square, Medea Monument, Holy Mother Virgin Nativity Cathedral, Piazza Square, Church of St. Nicholas and Batumi Mosque.
After the walking tour, you will travel to Gonio Beach. Here, you will have time to experience the coastline and spend time by the sea before returning to Batumi.

The final full sightseeing day of the 8-day Georgia tour begins with a visit to Batumi Botanical Garden.
The garden is the last scheduled attraction in the Batumi area. After exploring it, you will leave western Georgia and return to Tbilisi.
