Day 1
Transfer from the airport to Hotel (Overnight in Tbilisi)
Day 2
Walking tour in Tbilisi
We will start a leisure walk in the capital city of Georgia, particularly in the city’s oldest part. After
getting introduced to the town’s main historical and religious attractions, we will enjoy lunch in a
local restaurant; after this delicious stop, we will continue the day with the National Museum of
Georgia to explore all the golden funds of the country and get to know the techniques of
Georgian goldsmiths. After the essential part of the tour, you will have free time in town,
finalized with a tasty dinner.
Day 3
Tbilisi, Jvari, svetitskhoveli, Stalin, Lunch, Kutaisi
We will reach Jvari monastery (U.N.E.S.C.O legacy, dated) in the morning. After which, we will
walk towards Svetitskhoveli in the town of Mtskheta (U.N.E.S.C.O legacy), where we buried the
robe of Christ. After this fantastic excursion, we will depart toward Gori and have lunch there.
Gori is the birthplace of Stalin, so after lunch, we will have a tour of Stalin’s Museum, which
offers a main building with artifacts, a house museum, and a train carriage which was Stalin’s
Transportation System. After this stop, we drove and overnighted in Kutaisi, the father town of
3500 years old—dinner in the Guesthouse.
Day 4
Kutaisi, Market, Gelati, Zugdidi lunch, Echo village accommodation
In the morning, we will start with the local farmers market to discover the authentic everyday life
of this ancient city. After which, we will see Bagrati cathedral from 1003; the next stop will
present us with U.N.E.S.C.O. Gelati cathedral is a complex of the medieval cathedral and
Academy, a temple whose interior is full of colorful stylistic frescoes. After this, we will drive
towards Zugdidi and have lunch in a local restaurant. After lunch, we will move towards the
mountain village beach (1400m), making several photo stops along river Enguri and overnight in
Becho Guesthouse. (Later Dinner in the Guesthouse)
Day 5 Ushba waterfalls
(↑450m ↓ 450m, 3-4 hours, 9km). Ushba waterfalls
We are starting the morning with a delicious breakfast, after which we will grab lunch boxes
specially prepared for our picnic on the spot known as the waterfalls of Ushba. This beautiful
trail goes along the river and takes us in fantastic pine and fir tree forest; reaching picturesque
areas for a picnic break trail is full of joyful challenges like hiking and crossing rivers on wooden
bridges. After returning to Guesthouse, we will sit in 4-wheel drive cars and go to Mestia (the
heart of Svaneti) for dinner and overnight in Mestia Guesthouse.

Day 6 Koruldi lakes
(↑1340 ↓1340 7-8 hours 13 km)
We will start with morning breakfast in the Guesthouse and take lunch boxes for one of
Svaneti’s most beautiful lunch spots.
Hike on Koruldi lakes is one of the difficult parts of our program, 7-8 hours trekking, gaining
1340 meters and losing 1340 meters. (optional 4-5 hours trekking, halfway done with cars). We
will hike via small trails, passing the graduated slope of the mountain and leaving the back
scenery of Mestia, reaching the highest point of the hike and enjoying the snowy mountains
reflected in the beautiful lake. We will return to the Guesthouse and have dinner.

Day 7
Chalaadi track (↑435↓435 2-3 hours. 6 km)
After morning’s breakfast, we drove near the media airport, from where we started hiking to the
Glacier that creates the river, „Mestia Chala” we walked in a forest, reaching a slope created
with giant stones carried by the river. After a little more trekking, we will see Glacier Chalaadi’s
main target. This fantastic place will be our picnic place to enjoy beauty and silence. On the way
back by car, we will drive to Margiani Ethno Museum and see the Tower from inside. After the
museum, we will go for the Hatsvali cable car. After some free time, we will return to the hotel
and have dinner.

Day 8
Mulakhi track (↑650m ↓520m, 4-5 hours, 14km)
After breakfast, we will drive to village Mulakhi, from where we will start hiking, where we can
see both Ushba and Tetnuldi peaks with their all beauty. After sight, we will continue trekking
down the slope and have a picnic lunch on the spot with a Mestia view. After lunch, we will
return to Mestia and visit the ethnographical museum of Svaneti, where we will have all the
region’s treasures brought together—dinner and overnight in the Guesthouse.

Day 9 Guro mountain
(↑700 ↓700. 4-5 hours 7 km)
After morning breakfast, we will drive towards Ushguli stopping near the Tower of love”. After
reaching the highest village in Europe,Ushguli” (2200M), we will have a tea/coffee break and
start hiking mountain Guro(2875m) from where we will have a view of the highest peak in
Georgia called, Shkhara”. After the picnic on top, we will return to Ushguli and stay overnight in
the Guesthouse.

Day 10
Shkhara track (↑550m ↓550m 5-6 hours, 19km).
After breakfast, we will start hiking towards the Shkhara peak system stopping near the church
Lamaria. After the frescoed church, we will go to Shkhara glacier, strolling along river Enguri.
Finally, we will reach the beautiful Glacier and picnic on the spot. After some free time, we will
return to Ushguli, sit in cars, and drive to Mestia. This beautiful trail will be the last part of the
hiking program—dinner and overnight stay in Mestia Guesthouse.

Day 11
Mestia, Hepp Enguri, Dadiani palace, Lunch, Prometheus cave, Kutaisi.
After early morning breakfast, we will drive towards Kutaisi. On the way, we will see the Enguri
power plant, the biggest power plant in Transcaucasia is shocking in size and watercolor. After
the excursion on Hepp, we will reach Zugdidi and see the local Lord Dadiani’ palace. We will
have lunch in the same town, which is known for local dishes. After a generous lunch break, we
will drive to Prometheus grotto and see a colorful cave from inside. We will finalize the day with
dinner and accommodation in Kutaisi Guesthouse.
Day 12 Kutaisi, BagratI, Shrosha stop, Uplistskihe, lunch, national museum, Tbilisi dinner
After the morning’s breakfast, we will see Bagrati Cathedral from 1003. Then we will drive
toward Tbilisi, stopping on an open-air clay market. After Shrosha market, we will reach
Uplistsikhe and have lunch. Then we will visit the oldest cave town of Georgia carved in
sandstone. And finally, we will return back to Tbilisi to stay in a hotel and have a farewell dinner
in the restaurant with dances and a singing show.
Day 13
Departure
We will transfer to the airport.
