We did the 4 day private tour and everything was excellent. The tour guides we had were very friendly, professional and very accommodating to our needs. Also, each of them is an expert in the area we visited. Nothing is better than to visit Kakheti region with a guide who is an expert in wine making or Mtskheta with a guide who is a historian. Thank you very much Luka, Davit, Mirian, and Pavle. And a big thank you to Sophie who organized the tour for us! With such a great team of people, it is very easy to fall in love with Georgia ♥️

    Day 1:

Up high in the air with the areal view the mountains filled with snow! Simply breath taking! Anauri fottress with its history was also interesting. Last but not least we had an amazing Georgian lunch! Tasty food

Tbilisi city tour was very rich in history and Mr.Luka went all out as he passionately gave us facts and stories of the town.I loved Shardeni street with its restaurant and cafes.Relaxing set up.The famous puppet show at the end of the street was so intriguing . The cable car up the mountain and mother of Georgia, panoramic veiw from montain of old and nee Georgia…beautiful.
Sulfur baths…interesting there.Bridge of love and waterfall was amazing.saw a couple of padlocks from my counrty. Mr.Gocha and Luka took us then to local market was very nice. Got some traditional Georgian cheese, spices nuts…all flavours of Georgia. Mtatsminda theme park was fun!Open air museum hD vey rich history with it’s archeological site and findings.

    Day 3:
Borjomi was beautiful and fun as we rod up the mountain through the forest full of liban trees in our off road buggies till we reached the waterfall! The medicinal underground spring water is something you have to try!
Rabti castle was truely amazing!History of the Persians, the Turks and the Russians all trying to concur Georgia with it’s tales is a wonder. Vardzia ,city of caves in the mountains is an unforgettable sight. Tears of Tamara is indeed a puzzle.Amazing that the monks still live in this place.

Takes your breath away at the perfection of nature and the huge waterfalls. The rafting there was hard but fun !

We are currently on the second day of our tour and have had quite a good experience so far. Great hospitability, very friendly. Our guide, George and Nick gave us an incredible tour around Tbilisi’s. They have deep knowledge of the city and shared interesting facts about it with some extra personal insights. We highly recommend it.

We had a great time in Georgia. We spent 4 days – 1st day we did Tbilisi city tour, second day was a tour to Gudauri, 3rd day to Gori and Uplistikhe and the last day tour was to wine region of Kakheti. Beautiful picture post-card type sights with warm and friendly people. The tour organisers from Gamarjoba were excellent! Thanks to Sasha. Giorgi, and our tour guides Lela, George.

We had with Gamarjoba Georgia Tours the Private 4 Days Tour in Georgia package. One tour per day as follows:
Private Tbilisi City Tour, Private Tour Uplistsikhe & Mtskheta, Private Tour Gudauri & Kazbegi and Private Tour to Kakheti region…
On our first 3 tours we had as a guide Giga. Giga met us at the airport and we got to spend together 3 full days. The tours are very informative and the company really keeps a track on everything the clients get to see and experience in Georgia. George, the Product Manager called us a few times during our tours to be sure that we are satisfied with how the tours are going. Read carefully the description of each tour as you’ll get to see a lot of things and find out many facts about each region of
We had a very comfortable clean car with air conditioning and cold water. Giga was very attentive and patient. We were 2 adults and 2 children. Sometimes my children were tired and Giga tried to make everything easy and smooth going. Giga is the type of guide which will give you the right amount of information about each landmark, will answer to every question crosses your mind and later will let you explore and discover the things by yourself. He would always be around waiting in case you want or need something. Some clients, including me, might like Giga a lot exactly because of his talent of always being around you but making you feel that you are discovering the things by yourself. Plus his English is perfect and he is a very nice young man.

Tbilisi is such a beautiful city, especially the Old Town being so unique and well preserved. The mix of architectural styles are so eye catching and really goes to your heart.
Uplistsikhe and Mtskheta are beautiful places, full of history and natural beauty. In this tour we chose to have a lunch with a local family which I enjoyed a lot. Very welcoming and nice people. The food was very fresh and tasty. My kids got to play around.
Our last tour with Giga was Gudauri and Kazbegi. Even if requires more driving, it’s worth it. Gergeti Trinity Church surrounded by the magical Kazbegi Mountains is breathtaking. The road to Gergeti Church is in a very good paved condition and easy to do.
We liked all the restaurants Giga recommended us. The food was so delicious and very well priced. Actually the food in Georgia is very cheap comparable to Europe or USA. The vegetables and the fruits taste like from Heaven and we couldn’t stop eating. After 3 full days spent with Giga, we were sad to say Goodbye! Was very nice to be in Giga’s company during our tours. We had a great time.

All the tours were very well organized, with Giga always being on time and presenting for us the schedule of the day with all the necessary details. The order of the tours can be switched based on each persons desire or weather conditions.

I will write a special review for our last tour to Kakheti region quided by Beka.
Thank you so much to Gamarjoba Georgia Tours and Giga for making our trip in Georgia so beautiful! Thank you Giga for all your patience and for entertaining my kids! Hopefully we’ll see you again!

All the tour guides were quite great. Especially Marian who took us to the wine region. He knows his wine. It is ideal to get four wheel drive / a vehicle similar to Land rover to go to the mountains. They missed the breakfast mentioned in the package which is the only minus we could find with the tour company. The slow train was boring as it was crowded, noisy and a last minute rush which meant that there were no seats left

Great vibrant young organisation with a trendy office, a great team all round especially our Tour product manager Lana and our tour guide for the 4 tours Nika. We booked this tour not knowing what to expect as this was our 1st time in Georgia , these tours were fantastic. Amazing country, authentic nice people and fabulous tasty food with so many options of local wines to experience. One of the best dining experiences we have experienced is Georgia. We have to say thank you to the Gamarjoba team for making this a wonderful short Christmas break for us.
